The game is ready for release and by the time you are reading this, you already have got the game in your hand or maybe a digital copy.
Either way, it is important to watch the Assassin’s Creed Unity 101 trailer released by Ubisoft that details some of the most exotic details from the title that they have meticulously created.
Over twelve different studios have worked in the title to make sure it is historically authentic and the video begins by elaborating the city of Paris that they have created. The entire world is alive and breathing like never before, besides featuring buildings which are accurately depicted from history. You might walk through them in a flash but the developers have retained every model from the past so that they are accurate right from the glasses to the designs and the structure of the buildings.
A Massive Crowd
For the first time in the franchise history or any game, the developers at Ubisoft have managed to create 5000 living characters in a map at the same time. Assassin’s Creed Unity will feature crowds and by crowd, they mean an actual crowd of thousands of people standing on the road as part of the revolution.
That is something extraordinary and maybe because of these features, the developers wanted to keep the resolution low on next gen consoles so that they were able to render them. It can’t be confirmed unless we have a copy of the game to review, but for now, it is true that the team has put in a lot of effort to make sure it looks real. There are so many new parts of the city, each with their distinct life and authenticity given by people who have invested years of work into it.
Arno – a Powerful Protagonist
Arno is completely customizable and he can be changed in any way you desire. You can choose to change his attire, his weapons and everything else with a new fighting system. The enemies are now smarter and all the achievements you make as a single player will be carried forward to the co-op version of the game as well.
Guards are much smarter and will keep hunting for you even after you have successfully assassinated the target. Two to four player co-op is a unique aspect of Assassin’s Creed Unity and you have to play it to experience it firsthand.
