According to the latest rumor, OnePlus will soon be launching another flagship product in the first quarter of this year and its name is OnePlus Two.
This model is not just expected to be one of the best releases of 2015, it is also set to compete with the best as well as outsell its predecessor, OnePlus One.
The OnePlus Two will be a very powerful device and when it comes to the price and specs, it will challenge the big boys from Samsung and Apple. So, how will this flagship release compete against these big boys?
Display and Software
The OnePlus One is expected to come with a large screen size of at least 5-inches with full support for the IPS LTPS full HD technology, delivering a pixel density of 441ppi. In addition, the screen of the OnePlus Two will include a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The previous version of OnePlus One is Android-based and so is the upcoming OnePlus Two, which will run on the latest version of Android Lollipop. Different modes of operation will be available on the device and they include walking mode, car mode, and idle mode as well as running mode. These modes will automatically be set by the phone depending on the kind of activity you are doing.
The latest OnePlus smartphone will come with a much faster 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 810 chipset that clocks a speed of 2.9GHz. Furthermore, the device will be much faster when compared to its predecessor thanks to the 4GB of DDR-3 RAM it is rumored to come with and an Adreno 420 graphic chipset. The phone will feature an internal storage of 32, 64 and 128GB for the three variants.
The OnePlus Two will include a fingerprint scanner or the latest retina scanner for unlocking the device. Furthermore, it is thought that this device will include a 20.7MP rear camera that will feature a dual-LED flash. On the front of the phone there will be an 8MP camera to ensure you get the best selfies ever. You can also record 4K videos on the rear camera.
The OnePlus Two will be slimmer and lighter than the OnePlus One and with a longer battery life as well. Users of this device won’t have to worry about getting wet as it will feature an IP68 water resistance or a nano-coating that is water resistant.

There is no known pricing of the OnePlus Two smartphone but it is expected to be not below the $500 mark for the 16GB variant. If the latest rumors are anything to go by, this device will be in stores by the end of March 2015.
