Both Subway Surfers and Temple run 2 are games of the endless runner genre and offer a lot of excitement to players.

The motions in Subway Surfers are also similar, but Temple Run 2 is a little more difficult. When players play Temple Run 2, they have to move the phone or the device to the left and to the right and this might make the gameplay a little more difficult. The visuals in Temple Run 2 are very natural and offer an environment reminding you of Indiana Jones. The setting in Temple Run 2 is an imaginary one and not an actual one. The story is set in the ruins located in South America, where a monster chases the player. It is a little more frightening and dreadful, compared to the mild and somewhat funny chase of the inspector in Subway Surfers. Subway Surfers is not so serious and is a rather lighthearted game, making use of animated backdrops of cities. The characters of the game are also much cuter, whereas they are more serious in Temple Run 2.
Operating System Needed
Both Subway Surfers and Temple Run 2 are created for effective play on the iOS and Android phones and devices, but the games will not work on specific OS versions. The iOS version should be 5 or above in the case of Subway Surfers and in the case of Temple Run 2, it must be an iOS version of 4.3 and above. In the case of Android devices, Subway Surfers can be played on the Gingerbread 2.3.3, whereas in the case of Temple Run 2, you can play on the Android 2.1 itself. As far as the system requirements of both the games are concerned, they are similar.
In both the games, players have the option of upgrading the characters by using actual currency or real money. Players can also make use of real money for buying lives. However, players may have to spend more in Temple Run 2, as the difficulty level is more in this game. As for Subway Surfers, there is plenty of in-game money offered in the beginning; so players need not use real money at all, at least in the early stages of the game.
