Everyone knows Minecraft because of its pixelated visuals – what would Minecraft be without them? How would you feel about having more realistic graphics?
Would you play a Minecraft sequel, that does not have the pixelated view? The majority of the community will probably say no, but Mojang has a different opinion about Dungeons, the spin-off. It has similar graphics, but it comes with a pretty different gameplay style.
Digital Dreams has decided to test a realistic high-resolution texture pack in Minecraft. It looks amazing, the only problem is that it does not look like Minecraft anymore. The texture pack used in the video comes with a huge shock for fans: there are no blocks. Everything comes in its original shape, and not in its “boxed“ version. Of course, the final result does not look like a cutting-edge game, but it’s still something big for Minecraft.
So what do you think about it? Would you play this kind of version of Minecraft? The more realistic texture pack seems to be nice, but can the fan just forget about the pixelated version?
