On April 19, the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Collection will be released on consoles, and we couldn’t be more excited! Fans worldwide, don’t forget to mark your calendars because the clock is ticking, and we’ve only got a few weeks until the big premiere. According to Square Enix, the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series will be available on April 19. One of the best things ever? Well, apparently, Square Enix will allow users to change the font! How about that?!
The original and popular six Final Fantasy games have been restored as part of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series we all waited for, and now that’s finally happening; we can’t just believe it! Extra stuff will include a revamped UI, auto-battle features, and sleek remixed soundtracks with Nobuo Uematsu at the lead. Quite impressive, isn’t it?!
What to really expect from Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster?
Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster will allow us to choose between the original and remixed soundtracks for the console edition, and if we want to explore everything, we can totally do it by disabling the random encounters. We’ll also have to collect up to four times as much XP with the right settings, and there are boost options that will help us speed up the XP collect system for better and easier runs.
As previously said, we’ll also be able to change the fonts! How does it work? The default font may be pixel-based, closely resembling the original game’s look and feels.
How much will Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster be?
All six games are available for purchase separately or as a package. The PS4 versions of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster I-IV package are not now available for presale; however, the Switch edition is. These, according to Square Enix, will be made available in the future.
