WhatsApp has evolved with the speed of light in the past months. The application was bought for 19 billion dollars by Facebook. Almost one year and a half has passed since this application has been purchased by Mark Zuckerberg and since then we’ve noticed a lot of changes.
The application has received features such as the blue ticks, double check ticks, new UI and many more. The latest feature that WhatsApp has received is Voice Call, a feature that allows you to call your WhatsApp friends. From the changes that we’ve noticed in the WhatsApp BETA versions that got released in the past few weeks, we’ve also noticed that they are working on finally bringing the Google Drive feature to the application. This new feature will allow you to save the backups of your WhatsApp Chat History on the cloud.
However, we didn’t see anything new related to the Google Drive on the latest WhatsApp 2.12.143 BETA version. However, it is good to know that the new installation file (APK) is only 1KB larger and contains 10 modified files. With other words, this is a minor update, but it is good to know that this week we might see the Google Drive and racial emojis added to the upcoming WhatsApp BETA version.
It is good to know that there are rumors saying that Video Call is going to be added to the WhatsApp application. However, we didn’t see any files suggesting that this feature will be added soon.
