Season 2 of Vanguard is here, and players are all enjoying it, but we cannot help but wonder what 2.5 has prepared for us.
So we have the two new maps and the Zombie content, and the second part of Season 2 will probably come with new Operators and maybe even the Ice Axe melee weapon.
We still have to wait a bit for the update, but we are here to tell you everything there is to know about it.
When is the release date?
Vanguard Season 2.5 will probably start on the 21st of March.
The Arms Race Mode
In the Season 2 roadmap, the gaming studio Sledgehammer Games has uncovered the new Arms Race Mode. Rumor has it, and it will be like the most-known Ground War mode – as seen in the previous titles. You will be able to use vehicles from tanks to squad transport vehicles.
Guns and weapons
As it usually happens with most Call of Duty updates, you can get your hands on some new weapons. So besides KG M40 and the Whitley, you will also get Armaguerra 43.
The Ice Axe will also be the latest melee weapon to join the game.
Operators
The new Operator joining in is Gustavo, who is the third and final member of Taskforce Yeti. Anna will be available through Battle Pass, so Gustavo will be a standalone bundle, just like Thomas was.
Call of Duty: Vanguard was developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. It’s a first-person shooter game that was released on the 5th of November for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
This game is the 18th installment in the series.
