Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is approaching its launch, and the game shall continue the legacy of a highly popular game series based on the famous franchise known as Dragon Ball. Based on the information we have so far, Tenkaichi 4 will have one of the biggest rosters of fighters in the history of Dragon Ball games, which automatically makes many wonder if Black Frieza, Moro, and Granolah will also be there.
The Dragon Ball Super anime ended back in March 2018, but the manga brought a lot more chapters afterward. The manga is active even today, while we only know that a second season of the anime is under production. Moro is a new supervillain who gives a lot of headaches to both Goku and Vegeta, Granolah is an extremely powerful character who blames Goku and Vegeta for the demise of his people, while Black Frieza represents the latest and most powerful transformation of the most iconic villain in Dragon Ball history.
Black Frieza, Granolah, and Moro will NOT appear in Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4
Geekdom101, a famous Dragon Ball insider and leaker, reveals that manga characters such as Moro, Granolah, Gas, and others won’t be available in Budokai Tenkaichi 4. Not even Veegeta’s Ultra Ego form won’t appear in the game, which makes the Saiyan Prince compete with Goku’s Ultra Instinct technique.
Geekdom101 explained, as Dexerto quotes:
If you notice, the characters and forms from the manga, they’re not even in Dokkan, they’re not in Heroes even. And as you know, Dragon Ball Heroes from Japan has everybody. So, if these manga-only characters are not in any of these games, it’s highly unlikely they’ll be in Budokai Tenkaichi 4.
We can also expect the upcoming Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4 game to feature a lot of playable characters from the Tournament of Power that took place in the final arc of the Dragon Ball Super anime.
