Final Fantasy XVI came out just a few months ago after a long while of speculation and excitement from the fans. Although the game was released only for PlayStation consoles, the fans knew that it was only a matter of time until the game would be available for PC as well.
Guess what? The wait is almost over! Square Enix has begun the work to make Final Fantasy XVI compatible with PCs that run on Windows. Of course, those willing to play the latest iteration of the series on such a platform will need to make sure that their configuration matches the system demands of the game.
The enormous feedback bears fruit
Since the release of Final Fantasy VI that took place back in June, fans of the franchise from all over the world have issued their feedback to the devs and publishers. It seems that those responsible for the game have considered the feedback very seriously.
According to DSOG, the guys from Square Enix have started to work on the PC version of Final Fantasy VI. However, there’s a lot more work to be done, so there’s no use to expect the release to arrive anytime soon. The devs will give us more information on the subject by the end of the current year.

In the latest Final Fantasy game, the players need to make it through the realms of Valisthea.
Although there’s a lot more information that we need about the release of Final Fantasy XVI for the PC, it’s a safe bet to say that the game won’t arrive in 2023. A release in 2024 or even beyond sounds like a much more plausible scenario.
