Earlier this year, Motorola revealed that a new Razr flip-phone is in the works. However, rumors suggest that another model might also be welcomed soon. The Razr Lite 2023 reportedly costs less than the Razr Plus 2023 and has a cute and chic similar clam-shell style. It also resembles the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 quite much! So, what to expect from Razr?
Some recent 3D models, according to MySmartPrice’s collab with leaker Steve “OnLeaks” Hemmerstoffer, were created from blurry images of a working prototype of the next-gen Razr foldable. In comparison to the Motorola Razr 2022, it displays a considerably smaller display. Below, you can take a look at the render and its simple panel that features a digital clock. Unfortunately, it is not known if such renders will actually turn into a real thing. The cover display also sports a single flash module and two back cameras. Check it out:
What do you think of the future Razr foldable? Is it a hit or a big miss?
The leaked renders also show the antenna lines that beautifully follow the curve of the metal frame, while when open, the volume rockers appear to be on the right side. Other elements include the Motorola logo in the middle of the back and the recognizable “RAZR.” Now, let’s do some comparisons to the Razr 2022. Although there is a hole-punch cutout for the front-facing camera in the primary display, the bezels are actually slimmer than on the Razr 2022.
Remember that, as cool as things might look like about Razr’s future, Motorola didn’t confirm anything! So, you better take everything with a grain of salt.
What’s more curious is that the foldable Razr seems quite similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 4, but only if the renderings are accurate. You can clearly notice the phone’s clam-shell design, with most likely a 6.7-inch OLED display when opened and a 1.9-inch cover display for alerts.
