Design

Display
Both the Nokia X and the Nokia Lumia 520 include a smaller 4-inch display, having a lower 480×800 pixels of resolution. In fact, both devices offer similar IPS panel. Overall, very few differences can be located between the display features of both these devices. A dual-core processing unit, set to run at top 1GHz speed powers both the Nokia X and Nokia Lumia 520 devices. In addition, a Qualcomm designed Snapdragon chipset also powers the device. Moreover, a superior Adreno 305 graphic chipset powers the Nokia Lumia 520, whereas, the Nokia X employs Adreno 203 graphic chipset.
Memory
The Lumia 520 from Nokia offers the user with mere 8GB of internal storage capacity. Meanwhile, the Nokia X offers further lower 4GB of internal storage capacity. In terms of RAM, both devices offer lower 512MB of RAM, enough for multitasking. As compared to memory specifications offered by present-day smartphones, these offerings from Nokia lack the charm.
Battery
The Nokia X offers a slightly bigger 1500-mAh capacity of battery unit, as compared to lower 1430-mAh capacity battery unit incorporated in the Nokia Lumia 520 device.
