In addition, the rumor-mills have been active with the suggestion that Samsung is expected to release the latest Android v5.0 Lollipop update for Sprint customers also very soon.
Those owning the Galaxy Note 3 phablet from Samsung have been desperately waiting for the upgrade. However, the official confirmation for the Android v5.0 Lollipop upgrade from Samsung has been pleasing to them. Customers with T-Mobile in the United States would be receiving a pleasant surprise from Samsung. The Korean giant has been reported to update the official page for software upgrade recently. The Android Lollipop upgrade was listed for March 4. The rollout of the latest operating system is all set to hit the market.
The recent reports reveal that no United States carrier has launched the Android v5.0 Lollipop update officially for Galaxy Note 3. However, Note 3 owners in Romania, Switzerland, Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany and Hungary have received international updated versions of Note 3 phablet.
Sprint had revealed an internal document on the official site, which alerts the Note 3 users of the forthcoming Android Lollipop update. It seemed that Sprint consumers would be the first Note 3 users in the United States to receive the Android v5.0 Lollipop update. However, the T-Mobile consumers were all set to edge past Sprint customers in the race to achieve the latest Android upgrade. No information has been received from AT&T and Verizon customers with respect to Galaxy Note 3 receiving the latest Android Lollipop upgrade. Expectations were high for the Galaxy Note 4 users in the United States to be the first to receive the latest Android update. On the contrary, it seems that it would be the Galaxy Note 3 users in the United States, who would be receiving the recent Android Lollipop update first.
In the meantime, the latest Android v5.0 Lollipop update outside the U.S. market for most liked international model of the Galaxy S4, GT-19505, has been out in to the market. The update has been made available for the veteran Galaxy S4 users, who are contented with their smartphones. However, downloading of the latest update is not recommended until you are sure of what you are doing. Downloading the update without prior knowledge of the update could cause potential issues. These issues might not be handled and resolved comfortably by the inexperienced Galaxy S4 users. However, chances are that the official update would be released soon. It would be best for the inexperienced users to wait for an official release of the Android update.
